When a mysterious illness strikes, the brilliant (and totally bonkers) Dr. Knowitall unleashes his latest invention! yep, that’s you!—into the bloodstream. With the eccentric doctor’s overly enthusiastic (and sometimes confusing) advice ringing in your tiny ears, you’ll zip through the twisty, turny veins and arteries, battling swarms of pesky viruses. But this isn’t just any old shoot-’em-up—the viruses come in two flashy colors, Blue and Orange, and you’ll need to swap between matching blasters to zap them into oblivion!

Your mission? Obliterate every last Virus Hive before the clock runs out and the patient’s health takes a nosedive. But watch out! The bloodstream is also swarming with friendly red blood cells accidentally zap one of them, and you’ll lose precious life (whoops!).

With levels that just keep getting crazier, lightning-fast reflexes, and a dash of strategy, you’ll need to blast your way through ever-more complex stages, take on some seriously cranky bosses, and (fingers crossed) save the day!
